When I was young, I would lick the bowl when my grandmother made cakes. As an adult, I would bake periodically but never gave much thought to it. A few months ago, I went in the kitchen and  started baking up a storm! At that moment, I realized how much I actually enjoy it and how calming it makes me feel afterwards.  Out of the blue, my husband started taking samples to work. Needless to say, I started getting orders by the dozen!  With this in mind, I decided to start a home bakery.  Let’s face it, who doesn't love a sweet treat?
